01  ·  Program Description

When you opt in to the European Tailoring messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages about your appointments and orders, such as appointment reminders, fitting confirmations, and order-ready updates, and, if you separately opt in to marketing, occasional promotions and announcements. Messages are sent via an automated system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

02  ·  Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.

03  ·  Costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. These charges come from your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

04  ·  How to Get Help

For help at any time, reply HELP to any of our text messages, or contact us at (518) 433-1408 or europeantailoring1@gmail.com. A HELP reply will include the name of our business and how to reach us.

05  ·  How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or OPT-OUT to any message you receive from us. After you send any of these keywords, we will send you one final confirmation message and then stop sending text messages, unless you opt in again.

06  ·  Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported. European Tailoring, its service providers, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

07  ·  Supported Carriers

Our program is compatible with AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and most other major and minor U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

08  ·  Privacy

How we handle the information we collect through this program is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
