European Tailoring & Alterations provides custom garments and precision alterations, including suits and formalwear, bridal and bridesmaid wear, prom and special-occasion attire, exclusive and custom garments, restyling and upcycling, and in-house dry cleaning. We are located at 40 N Pearl St, Ten Eyck Building, Albany, NY 12207.

- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

05 · How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. With trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as our customer-relationship-management (CRM) and messaging platform, payment processing, and scheduling, and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
- Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of European Tailoring, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.
As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
06 · Third-Party Service Providers
We use GoHighLevel (also branded as HighLevel) as our CRM, scheduling, and text-messaging platform, and we may use its integrated communication carriers to deliver messages. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
07 · Data Retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
08 · Your Rights and Choices
- Text messages. Opt out at any time by replying STOP, as described above.
- Email. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 · Children's Privacy
